Repeated cancellations, late cancellations, or missed appointments may result in restrictions on future scheduling or forfeiture of any applicable deposit, to the extent permitted by law and the terms communicated to you at the time of booking.

A request for a correction or touch-up does not automatically entitle a client to a refund.

Students and trainees are responsible for determining and complying with all licensing, health, sanitation, business, insurance, and other legal requirements applicable to them and their location.
